Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Davenport, FL.
Yaima is a very professional and responsible person with excelent negotiation and communicative skills. She is that kind of agent that only needs a hint about what you want to do with your house and you recieve a 1, 2, 3 respond from her. I was able to rent my house when I heard about Yaima; I contacted her by phone and asked her to help me to find a responsible tenant for rental. She had an immediate respond listing the house, and taking care of all the process, investigating and doing all the paper work with great professionalism . In about a month everything was done. I strongly recommend her to be your agent. Thank you Yaima for helping me.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Orlando, FL.
Three words to describe this talented agent, AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Yaima surpassed all my expectations. She’s an incredible talented agent who does what she says and then some (way more!). She represented me during my recent purchase of a foreclosed property in Orlando. And, when other agents wouldn’t even consider getting involved, this amazing woman did and made it all happen. Despite some of the challenges we encountered, she was amazingly relentless in her pursuits. She’s impressively proactive (as buyers, that’s exactly what we want) and just simply knows how to make things happen. This proactive approach of hers through the entire deal virtually eliminated any and all potential sources of stress I could’ve had otherwise. Best part?... I was able to close on the deal in less than 50 days! Amazing. Because of her efforts, I now own my dream house on 5 acres of land in beautiful Orlando, Florida. Sold a home in 2011.
Yaima is a very professional person with so many great skills , excellent follow up, always on the top, great communicator , good listener and amazing people skills . I was able to sell my home in Davenport , Florida in one week. I did not have to travel there from Michigam. She took care of everything for me at a very astonishing and minimum cost. She talked to the bank and to the city and to the buyer in a very efficient way. She delivered more what she promised . My next home purchase will be with Yaima. I strongly recommend her to be your agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kissimmee, FL.
We relocated from out of state to the Central Florida area. Yaima was a great help with the purchase of our new home. She did a great job showing us our options and finding properties that met our requirements. Given that we had to look at a vast majority of properties remotely, this was not easy to get all the information and pictures we required in order to make our decision. Yaima had this task in a very proficient and professional manner.
Yaima brings with her a great deal of experience and was very pleasant to work with throughout our relocation. My wife and I would give her our highest recommendation.
