Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $725K in Riverside, CA.
I USED OSCAR TO BUY MY DREAM HOME .IT WAS A NICE SMOOTH PROCESS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PURCHASE. I WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE OSCAR AGAIN.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Whittier, CA.
I found the property on my own and did not like dealing with the real estate professional that was representing the seller as a dual agent. I called Oscar at the local Prudential office and he helped me finalize the purchase process.

Friendly agent with extensive knowledge in real estate. He walked us through the whole processes step by step and kept us informed of any changes or news.

Listed my house for sale with Oscar. He had a buyer with a good offer in less then 2 weeks, wow, very impressive! He's a young agent but he's very motivated in his job. He sold my house fast so I would recommend him.
