I don't understand the reference to spam.   I am dedicated to helping buyers only.  I used to be a tradional agent but 8 years ago realized that buyers should have representation also in the real estate transaction.   I am sincere in what I do.  

I agree with you.   Do you feel that buyers of real estate should prepare their own offer and handle all the details of a real estate transaction without any professional assistance when the seller has their own agent to help them with the process?

The buyer pays the same price for the house whether the seller's agent get the whole commission or shares with a buyer's agent.Why would a buyer want to use the seller's agent?
