Ratings & Reviews

Brad's professionalism and excellent negotiating skills were real assets to us. He focused on our needs knowing that we were from out of town. Brad made sure that all deadlines were met by all parties and followed up and graciously nudged his counterpart who was not as prompt. He excels at communicating with us as well as all parties involved in our real estate transaction: all e-mails are answered within 30 minutes at the most, if not instantly; Brad always answers his phone or returns calls promptly. If he cannot call you or e-mail, he will write a quick text to acknowledge our requests. Brad is a wonderful agent who knows how to work with everyone and is totally focused on getting things done. With regard to his knowledge of the market, we received a very good market analysis to ensure that our property was priced correctly: his insight on market trends allowed us to focus on properties that were good investments. However, Brad never attempted to influence our decision nor pressure us into buying a home. He genuinely wanted us to find a home that met our needs. Brad also gave us wonderful advice on maintaining and enhancing the value of our investment, should we decide to sell the house prior to our planned fifteen to twenty year stay in the home. He is a very thoughtful who deeply cares about his clients and helps protect their interest throughout the entire real estate transaction: during the Due Diligence , access to the home was limited but Brad requested full access to allow our termite/ home inspections and contractor to be done properly when he understood our concerns and need for critical disclosures on the state of the house, such as significant repairs and damages. He did not hesitate to request much more information than the seller and his agent were willing to provide: in fact, several disclosures were misleading and when we requested clarifications, Brad immediately requested the proper disclosure to ensure we were not blindsighted after moving into the house. Georgia is a Buyer Beware State: in our experience, this means extra extra care is required in purchasing homes. Brad referred us to a top notch home inspection team who gave us a super transparent checklist of all items in the house that did not meet National as well as Georgia Building and Safety Codes. Even though, he is not a contractor, he was willing to listen to us and approached the Seller with request for corrections of critical handyman faulty workmanship: we have bought and sold over ten homes in five States in the last 40 years. His firm referred us to a top notch closing attorney who ensured a timely closely to accomodate the Seller. If he does not know a building construction issue, he refers us to someone who knows the answer. Brad 's use of state of the art technology to stay in touch with you is another plus. We always felt as if we were his only client, even when he had other closings going on. Finally, the real estate firm he is with is an awesome real estate brokerage firm who is affiliated with a national relocation, real estate and mortgage banking corporation. Ongoing training is required by the firm of all of its agents and Brad goes beyond the norm to educate himself and set himself apart from others. Buying a home is very stressful as we all know: Brad's calm, can do attitude and attentiveness are rare: he does not talk non stop like most agents but listens to us. In our opinion, Brad Page is one of the best agents in the country and definitely ,in our estimation, the best agent we met in Georgia! The above shared opinions are based strictly on our experience with Brad and we do not in any way imply that our views are reflective of other situations. We recommend interviewing many agents as we did and selecting an agent who meets your particular needs.

Bought a home in 2015 in Hamer, Pooler, GA 31322.

Brad was fantastic from start to finish in finding and purchasing a house! He went above and beyond throughout the process in communicating with myself, loan company, home builder and closing attorney and ensuring everyone was operating on the same sheet of music. He was very knowledgeable and found us a home that was below budget but exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We had the opportunity to work with Bradford while looking for our first home. He was very good about getting first-time home buyers through the whole process, and was very knowledgable, insightful, and patient in the months that it took us to find the right home. Bradford was very professional and easy to work with, and we would especially recommend him to anyone looking to purchase their first home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Pooler, GA.

Since we were out of state in purchasing a home, Bradford provided immense knowledge about the area. When we were ready to submit a proposal, Bradford negotiated more than we would have thought to include. The entire closing process was smooth and efficient. We highly recommend Bradford Page. He is definitely a real estate professional.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Richmond Hill, GA.

Bradford Page is hands down the best real estate agent I've ever come across. He is a consummate professional that made my needs a priority throughout the entire home-buying experience. He put my and wife's mind at ease with how honest and timely he was with every question we had. If I ever have any real estate needs again in the area, I will be using Brad again.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Savannah, GA.

Brad made buying my home in a busy city as easy as it could be. He was in constant contact with listings and he always responded promptly when I asked him about a place I saw. I felt like he was always thinking about me, always on the lookout. He always made himself available to look at places - nights, weekends, last minute, you name it. And I trusted his knowledge of what each place was worth, the area, what the drawbacks were, how much work it needed, etc. He knew everything about homes that I didn't.

He was extremely patient with my search, even as it began to get hasty (military), and when I finally found a place I wanted to buy, he was as happy as I was.

That's also when he really showed what a great agent he is. He talked me through the escrow process and helped make sense of the endless paperwork. Brad did all he could to set me at ease and to make the process as smooth as possible.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Savannah, GA.

Brad is the over and above type of professional. We originally supplied a list of potential homes to Brad and he used that information to provide other suitable potential homes. The homes recommended were not a 'shotgun blast' of random homes in hopes one stuck; they were purposefully and carefully chosen.

He had a great sense of the local neighborhoods and what each would offer or, based on our conversations, what we may not like.

The time spent out with Brad was well spent. Days didn't drag on for the sake of forcing properties down our throats, but he was patient when we wanted to spend more time in certain homes.

He was very knowledgeable about what certain homes may have needed that fell short of our standard but could be easily fixed. There was rarely a question he didn't have accurate information to answer with.

When we decided on a home, he was with us every step of the way. When the seller saw the light at the end of the tunnel in the form of a giant check from us and turned into evil incarnate, Brad took the brunt of the negotiations to get us back on track.

He was constantly responsive to communication and proactive in ensuring we had all our ducks in a row for our responsibilities. Being a new construction, Brad and I worked together for months all the while keeping the same level of attentiveness and care. Brad even remained in contact after the sale to ensure things were in order.

I have worked with other agents in the past, and none compared to the attention and professionalism Brad offered. If you need someone to guide you through your transaction, answer your questions along the way and not waste your time it would be of benefit to you to track down Brad.

Bradford did a great job in my first home buying experience. He had great knowledge of the area, and also gave me good information on what to look for when buying a new house and other criteria for resell value. He definitely is up to date on his technology, since this is how we live in this world now. It made the process easier to make changes and counteroffers. Buying your first house can be very nerve racking, but he made me feel at ease when making decisions. Would definitely recommend him for anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Richmond Hill, GA.

Bradford was recommended by the USAA Mover's Advantage Program to help us find a home in the Savannah area. My wife and I aren't the typical homebuyer who may have an extensive amount of time to find a house. We only had a few weeks to find what we liked and close the deal, not to mention we lived 3 hours away. Bradford was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and did all of the house viewing scheduling. Once under contract he took care everything, home inspection, repairs, ect. He made the process as smooth as possible under the circumstances. He was patient and did not try to push us into a house that we did not like, even after looking at 12 houses in one day and not choosing any of them. Whenever we sell we will definitely request his services again. Brad is very professional and highly recommended.
