Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
When my husband came to interview for a job in the area, I called a few realtors to see if anyone could possibly show me a few houses. Right away Paul stood out from the rest. With only a few hours notice, Paul managed to get appoints to show us 10 homes. He is incredible in that what others only promise, Paul actually delivers. He stuck with us for many long months and was patient and understanding trying to help us find the right home for us. Paul didn't rush us or try to push us towards a house just to make a commission like lots of others do. He genuinely cares about his clients. Paul is knowledgeable in so many areas so that when we finally decided on building a home, his involvement didn't stop. Any time we wanted him to attend a meeting with us with the architect or ask him about loans, he was always there willing to answer all our questions, pointing things out we would have never thought of and helping us get the best deals. His honesty and expertise goes above and beyond. To this day, two years later, we consider him a friend.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Myerstown, PA.Summary:
I researched several realtors prior to purchasing my home a year ago. Paul was the only one to provide me a very impressive resume, so I gave him a shot. WOW, what am amazing guy. I had several questions that I would be e-mailing to him all day long and all night long and my answers would appear within an hour. Sometimes 9 at night! Even after the purchase I had some issues with utilites, and things from the previous owner and being a first time home buyer wasn't sure how to handle them. I called Paul and he was still assisting me after the sale. He's really the type of guy that's in the business to help others and not necessarily out to make a dollar. I really do recommend him to all of my friends and family. To this day i still can't say enough about everything he's done for me! I tend to refer to him as the realestate god! As well, being a young (23) female I didn't feel taken advantage of in any way. Paul was very honest and open, honest, and full of integrity in regards to all of my questions and concerns.…More Less

When we called on him to handle the sale of our home we were very happy to find that not only did he know the real estate business, but he is a very honest man with integrity and posessed a real concern for us. He advised us in everything and was there for us in everything from inspections to any repairs to be made.
Our home actually sold in record time-----18 hours after the sign went up. The transaction went smoothly and we were even happy with the buyers that Paul found for our home!
