Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Richmond, Portland, OR.
Deborah was very professional in her appearance, presentation, and market knowledge. She recommended a realistic selling price based on recent area sales history and listings. She held an open house immediately and was able to obtain multiple full offer bids. The house sale was conditional on several home improvements (heating oil tank removal, sewer line replacement, etc.) which made the sale complicated in terms of communication with all parties (buyer and vendors) , timing of work and payments. Her work was instrumental insuring all requirements were fairly negotiated and executed. We were out of town sellers and Deborah helped coordinate contractors work in our absence. She sold our house quickly and within our guidelines. I highly recommend Deborah as a realtor and in the process she became a good trusted friend.

Deborah is amazing! She helped my husband and I through the first-time home buying process with grace and ease. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Her no pressure, honest approach was just what we needed to successfully get through the process of finding and buying our dream home. We would definitely use Deborah again and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.

I went through the first time home buying process last year with Deborah and she was so dedicated and thorough. The house I was looking at needed a lot of work and she spent many hours with me discussing my options, meeting with contractors, and going out of her way to help me find what I needed and what would be best for me and the house. She is hardworking, knowledgeable, and honest. I can't imagine going though this process with anyone else!

Deborah was great - very personable and willing to go the extra mile for us. It was a complicated process (HUD and Good Neighbor Next Door programs) and she was always available and very helpful.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Foster-Powell, Portland, OR.
Deborah was very helpful with a first time homebuyer. She would take the time to explain every detail, even messages from the mortgage broker. I worked with her on a FHA 203k rehab loan, which many agents are unwilling to do since it is a complicated process. Deborah was not only willing, but considered the experience beneficial to increase her knowledge of that type of loan. I would highly recommend Deborah to any potential buyer or seller.

Deborah is the realtor of choice for me as an investor and has sold several of my investment properties. I find her skills, personality and knowledge crucial in navigating today's real estate market. She knows how to stage a home so that it attracts immediate attention, and knows the market and the Portland area well so when your home hits the market it is priced to sell quickly without leaving any money on the table. Deborah also has the major attribute of perseverance, which is a big asset in today's difficult market. A recent transaction on a house she sold for me took much more work on her part than either of us had expected. Any other agent would have thrown in the towel and walked away through sheer exhaustion, but Deborah hung in there and got it to close. Did I mention that I also work with her because of her integrity - something that you don't see enough of in the world. I highly recommend her to buy or sell your home.

We had excellent service from Deborah. She went above and beyond getting our sale to close. We would not hesitate to send her referrals from our families and friends and, in fact, have already given Deborah referrals. In today's market, it is challenging to sell a home and she had ours sold in less than two months. She is a great Realtor!
I bought my first home as a single male and she made me feel confident and prepared when it came time to sign. I would come to her still, 8 months later for advice or counsel. She is a hard worker and just a nice, trustworthy person! Thanks Deborah!
