Nancy Krantz, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knows Real Estate inside and out and we couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. She worked incredibly hard for us and got us a great deal!! We have recommended her to all of our friends and colleagues and will continue to do so!!

10/24/2012 - user25851795Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Simi Valley, CA.
A few months ago, I found myself in need to request a short sale of my property due to my inability to continue paying the mortgage and due to a complicated lien/foreclosure attempt by the HOA Company of my condo complex. I was referred to Nancy by friends who had worked with her in the purchase of their first home several years ago.
I explained my situation to Nancy over the phone and she got the ball rolling right away. She provided me all the options I had in order to save my property, avoid foreclosure and get the short sale approved. She listed the property right away and began to contact all her resources in order to get the property sold.
During the complicated process of this sale, she kept me apprise of all the issues without me having to follow up with her on a constant basis.
I was really impressed with her knowledge of the industry and her ability to find a resource to resolve the many issues that came up during the sale process. I was put under extreme pressure by the HOA as a result that they foreclosed on the property; however unbeknownst to me and the HOA, Nancy made sure to notify me and the HOA that there were certain California regulations that allowed me to sell the property within 90 days before they were able to have access to the property. The process took about 5 months, but not because Nancy did not work her hardest on this low value property. In fact, if it had not been for unforeseen problems that were brought up by the HOA and the mortgage company, which Nancy resolved very quickly; the property would have sold within weeks of being listed.
Overall, Nancy did a great job with the sale of my property. She helped me deal with a mortgage company that would have not approved a short sale if I had attempted the process alone or with another agent who did not know of certain unknown practices by mortgage companies to foreclose on homes instead of approving short sales. She was always accessible by phone, text; or email if I had any questions. Most importantly, she got the Mortgage Co to accepted a very low offer and not foreclose on the property. My condo short sale was approved and escrow closed on 9/27/12.
If you need a smart, knowledgeable and overall great real estate agent, Nancy Krantz is the way to go.

10/15/2012 - EllenAlpertBlossSold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $600K in Newbury Park, CA.
"When I first met Nancy, we had an instant connection, and I believed she would be qualified and competent to handle my listing. My initial feelings were not only confirmed, but she far surpassed them with her professionalism, complete knowledge of the industry, a strong understanding of our needs, and a thoroughness and attention to detail. With regard to the purchase of my new home, she represented me above and beyond all expectations. She fought for every detail, putting my needs and wishes as a top priority. I am happily able to call her a friend for life, and would not hesitate to recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell or buy a new home"
