Bought a home in 2011.
Lisa is not only a wonderful realtor that shows passion for her job, but during the whole process, became a friend to our family. We had a unique situation, and never did she once turn her back and give up on us or tell us to give up for that matter. She encouraged us to keep pushing forward and we
are now owners of a brand new house that we had built. My husband works overseas, and during his absence, Lisa was there for me every step of the way. She is just an amazing, God Loving, and wonderful person and I am so thankful we had the opportunity to work with her and get to know her. She truely cares for her clients and takes on the toughest of situations. Even though it is her job as a realtor, I don't think she sees it that way. At my closing, she recieved a phone call and she was actually in tears because things were not working out for another client of hers. Even though she was getting ready to be cut a pretty big check from our closing, she could think of nothing but her clients that were going to be turned down. She was literally heart broken. Without Lisa, I don't think I would be sitting here in our new home that we had built.

Justin and I are so fortunate to have found Lisa! She really worked with us to find the house we were looking for, and she worked in a very efficient manner. I never felt as if she were trying to get us in to a house we couldn't afford, or in a place we didn't really care to be. She was
completely honest, unbiased, and with full disclosure of every single detail we could want to know. We met on several occasions to look at houses, and on one specific day we looked at close to 10 houses! She is so flexible and willing to work with her clients. She answered any and all questions we asked of her, and provided literature for explanation in addition. Justin and I have been in our house for about 3 months now, and we could not be happier. It is so perfect for us in every way, and we still love it!!! We were so blessed to have Lisa on our side, and helping us through what most people say is a difficult, long drawn out process. We were first-time buyers, and couldn't have had a better experience with anyone else, other than Lisa. I just cannot say enough good things about you to fairly describe what an angel you are, and how truly wonderful it was to work with you!!! Thank you so much!!! God bless!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Inman, SC.
I feel so blessed that we had Lisa Ebersole as our realtor. She found us the perfect house the first week we started looking. She gave us great advice and walked us through every step, answered every question. She was always available when we needed her. It was like we were her only clients! I hope
we live in this beautiful house for many years to come,but if we have to move on,Lisa Ebersole is the only realtor for the Ward family.
