Sold a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Paterson, NJ.
It was a pleasure working with Pablo Lopez. I had a senior Mom living alone and trying to sell her home. All of her children lived out of state and Pable was a tremendous help assisting us with this process. He was very knowledgeable in his field and extremely flexible in dealing with the demands of selling my moms home. He was always a pleasure to talk to and professional at all times. He always responded immediately to our phone calls and emails. Because we were out of state trying to help our mom with selling her home I believe Pablo went above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. My mother was very comfortable in dealing with him which made the process all the more easier. I would highly recommend Pablo for any future real estate servies. Thanks Pablo!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Clifton, NJ.
It was a very diffiicult decision for me to sell the home I grow up in and raised my child and now my grandchildren in. I received a flyer in the mail and it was Pablo advertising the sell of a home in the area. I called the number and he immediately came over and explained the process of selling the house. He was very knowledgeable and extremely caring. His professionlism and personal experience really made me comfortable with my decision to sell the house. The house was SOLD in 4 months due to Pablo's committment and dedication. Pablo keep me very well informed from start to finish. I would Highly recommend this Agent to anyone.

Bought a home in 2012.
It was a blessing working with Pablo. He gave us great advise and was always available when we needed him. Pablo was an angel sent from heaven. Pablo is very knowledgeable in everything he does. I trusted Pablo's opinion. He guided us through out this process. The day of the closing it was a bitter sweet moment. He Is a great human being. I would recommend Pablo to everyone.

Sold a home in 2012.
Mr Lopez is one of the best agent that I've dealt with .He was very professional and very helpful in every way.I live in NYC and my house was in NJ and for me was very difficult to
deal with, but with Mr Lopez was easy.He did everything for me.My house was on the market for three long years and every agent told me the same story the market is moving I think they were not moving.
I've changed the agent every 6 month ,once I sigh the contract I never heard from them .
Mr Lopez sold my house that others couldn't even in this housing market .I was so lucky
to find Mr Lopez ,otherwise, my house would sill be on the market.I am deeply thankful to Mr Lopez

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
This agent is highly recommended as he is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate field and is highly determined in all his endeavors! He is persistent and will get the job done! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to sell or buy.
