Pacific Real Estate Group provided me information regarding short selling a home and subsequent buying of another home. The processes involve (1) repairing your credit scores after a short sell had closed, (2) look for properties that are owner finance and if (2) is not successful, then (3) wait about a year to be able to purchase another property through the regular banking channels. This lender was not able to help me at this time, but still provided me the necessary guidelines so we can get through this hardship. Thank you Pacific Real Estate Group for some very helpful information today. Sol G.

I contacted Pacific Real Estate after trying to refinance my home for 3 months with a different lender. I know my loan would be difficult to refinance because i have several rental properties as well as 2 separate corporations. Pacific Real Estate was able to close my loan not only at a lower rate but in less than 3 weeks. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my next home purchase.

Pacific Real Estate got us a lock with one of the choosier lenders, and so one of the best rates. But in order to make sure the loan closed in time, our supporting documentation had to be complete, timely & pristine. Barry and the staff there thoroughly checked & re-checked, making sure we had every question answered before they were asked. As a consequence, our loan closed and we got the rate we wanted. Barry was very accessible by email and phone, available to help at a moment's notice, which proved essential on multiple occasions. I'd be happy to recommend them.

For some technical reasons, I did not not let Barry complete my loan application. But during our conversations, Barry showed his great experience, kindness and energy. I definitely would like to work with him next time.

Pacific Real Estate Group did a great job on the purchase my new home (a short sale.) Not only did they deliver the rate and fees they promised on time - they were able to overcome the incompetence of the real estate agent on the transaction. If it wasn't for the help of their VERY knowledgeable staff, I don't think my family and I would be living in our new home (which we love!) I cannot express my thanks enough for going the extra mile for my family. 5 Stars -Highly recommend.

Pacific Real Estate got my loan done flawlessly. I had a relatively complicated financial situation involving 1099s, K1s and significant passive losses that other lenders/brokers could not grasp. Pacific quickly understood my situation and was able to direct me to the right loan product and lender. Pacific was very savvy when it came to pricing, product, term, and rate vs cost tradeoffs. They were able to walk me through my options and direct me to the right product that fit my financial needs.

I had gotten the run around from a few other lenders in my search to refinance my property. Most of them promised rates that they either could not deliver on or they came in with a HUD that had plenty of extra origination charges not previously discussed. Larry at Pacific Real Estate was recommended to me by a friend and got down to business right away. I told him I had been quoted 4.0% on a 15 year jumbo loan which I knew was pretty great, but probably too good to be true. Larry told me he would see what he could do. He got back to me the next day with a Bank of America loan at a rate of 3.875% a no points. I think we got very lucky in the market that particular day, but I was extremely impressed nonetheless. We locked and closed in 21 days. I work as a real estate agent and would definitely recommend PRE to any of my clients in the future. They were honest, responsive and blew away the completion. You can’t ask for anything more from a loan broker.

I tried to work with my bank and they told me it could take up to 60 days to close my loan. So I started to look around for a good mortgage. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and the loan broker at Pacific Real Estate Group made the process easy. We were in a 30 day escrow on a home we really wanted. By the time I contacted Pacific Real Estate Group it was already 5 days into the escrow period. They closed on time and on all the terms and rate we agreed to. They got me a better rate then what the bank was offering and closed in half the time it would have taken the bank to close. Thanks again for all of your help.

I just wanted to take the time to Thank Pacific Real Estate Group for the awesome rates and outstanding service. We weren't able to find any conforming jumbo rates are competitive as Pacific. It is tough in the luxury market to find low rates AND good service. I recommend Pacific Real Estate Group to anyone that has a loan between $417,000-$729,000
