Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Alameda, CA.
We stumbled onto Pacita when she was prepping for an open house the next day. We were sitting in our car parked in front of the house Pacita was preparing when she appeared at the window and noticed us looking. She smartly waived us in to look at the property right at that moment. We didn't end up buying that house but we did end up selecting her to sell our house and help us look for our new home. After seeing several houses with Pacita, we had it narrowed down to three homes including one that she was selling. What really stood out for me was that while we deliberating which of the three we should select, even asking her what she recommends, she never swayed us to take the home she was selling. She brought up pros and cons of all three and then let us decide. We ended up buying the home that she was listing. Beyond that, Pacita is passionate about her work. She is well respected in her industry, contributes to it, which I found to be refreshing. As for her work on my sale and purchase, she proved very knowledgable of the process. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Alameda, CA.
We interviewed five real estate agents and decided on her for her professionalism, her knowledge of the area, and her responsiveness both by phone and email. Sold the property within three months, I believe.

Sold a home in 2010.
I met Pacita in 2004 when I needed to find an appropriate multi-family property to complete my 1031 exchange. Pacita was wonderful. I was coming from out of town and had just started a new job so my availability was sketchy but Pacita was very patient. I eventually purchased a 10 unit apartment building very near downtown Alameda that Pacita put me into. I still own it.
My net income has improved by over 20% and I have had no major repairs to the building. That was my main concern when looking and Pacita was very careful to find me a turn-key building without structural issues.
Needless to say I have stayed with Pacita over the years. In fact, when I needed to do a short sale on a condo, Pacita took care of that for me, even though it was not located in an area where she normally works. The sell went off without a hitch and, as always, Pacita kept me informed all the way.
I would strongly and confidently recommend Pacita Dimacali to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a property - whether it be a small condo or a large commercial or mix-use property - as well as short sells.
Lastly, is your agent returning your emails at 2 a.m.? Pacita does. I never knew anyone kept the same hours as I but Pacita does. Give Pacita a call. You won't be disappointed.
