Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Alexandria, LA.
If you select Paige Walker as your agent, you have made the best decision of your life. Paige is not a realtor that just makes the sale. She is the realtor that takes care of everything for you. My mother was selling her house to move to the city we live in and she is disabled. Paige took her to a doctor's appointment when I couldn't be there. I live out of state and she offered to take her! Her knowledge of the market is amazing. She told us a price that the house would sell for and she was right on the money. My mother's house sold in 3 days. Also, helpful to us, she gathered everything in the house that we couldn't move and took it to shelters and goodwill. I have purchased three homes and I have never had this kind of realtor. I know there are many good real estate agents in Central Louisiana, but in my opinion, Paige Walker is the best. She used her esperience to help my wife and I list and sell our house and purchase the home of our dreams. She made sure everything went smoothly.
