Wouldsome home owners who owe more than there home is worth but are current on the loans be willing

Answer
I missed a zero my bad sue me 20,000 from each state is not a lot and one million strong would make a voice to be heard. This real estate situation is a mess and there need to be better alternatives to  help solve the problem, not just put a band aid on it for a few years.

Will the real estate market improve in 2010?

Answer
for those thinking the market will rebound and that phantom equity will be back I say be serious. There were many years of abnormal appreciation it will be years before the market gets back to where it was. My guess is 8 years at the least.
