Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Commerce City, CO.
Wow ! Gina and her team are incredible ! She is sweet , caring and willing to help with anything you need . She knew just the right lender to hook us up with in our situation which was a sticky one. She was right by our side through the entire process offering any and all support she could . She was never pushy like you hear horror stories about sometimes from people looking for a home. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Westminster, CO.
This is the first house I have bought. Gina was always there when we needed her. She never gave us the run around and explained things in a way we would understand it. We had certain things we wanted in our home and she found them for us. I have already referred my family and friends to her.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Thornton, CO.
As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a Realtor who would walk me through the steps and explain the process in layman's terms. Gina is very nice and patient. She was always friendly and never gave me the feeling I was a commission. She was completely honest about all my questions and had a wealth of knowledge. I really appreciated how much she researched to find what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process she constantly followed-up and checked in with me. After closing, she continued to check-in to make sure I had everything I needed. Gina has many networks; an awesome mortgage company, inspector, carpet cleaner, furnace maintenance, etc. Which took the weight off my shoulders.
