Did not respond to my inquiry in Beverly Beach, FL 32136.

Almost two years ago my husband and I (Maria & Wildes Actis) we purchased a condo in Oceanside at Beverly Beach, Bldg C Unit 313, Flagler Beach, Fl from the listing Broker Agent Pam Capela and the Selling Agent Karen Farrell. It was misleading that the condominium include two underground parking space as the MLS listing specifically stated. The selling agent and us we were not informed from the Broker Pam capela that we have just one parking space until 3 weeks after the closing. We have two cars and we need 2 parking places. At the closing the Broker sent the selling Agent to make us sign all the papers and did not inform her or us that the seller pay they prorated share of the tax for 2010 and we had to pay the 2010 tax ( We moved in December 15) On 2012 we received the bill from the tax collector for the 2010 tax with penalty. We believe her to be unprofessional of unethical conduct and taking advantage of the elderly ( I am 80 and my husband 82) We sent many letters to her, but she never answer in back. I have all the information in writing to prove all this is the true

Bought a home in 2012.
