Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $425K in Topsfield, MA.
Pam is very responsive and knowledgable. She takes time to make sure your happy and she never makes you feel like your wasting her time, even if you don't make a purchase. She also continues to be there as a resource even after you have moved into your new home. Pam helps your through the process as if your her dear friend and she really does care.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Peabody, MA.
Pam Cote is someone I really can't say enough good things about. Her experience shows not only in the knowledge of her field but also in how well connected she is. She not only found us a perfect house, but she also connected us with a great home inspector and also knew plenty of contractors and loan officers to suggest. We were never unhappy with any of her suggestions. Pam made herself available around our busy schedules and always went the extra mile for us. Pam follows through with everything and is happy to help. She didn't just want to find us a house that we were willing to buy; she wanted us to be happy. Pam is not just an excellent realtor, she is a wonderful person.
