Is it crazy that I LOVE my clients? As a real estate professional, the best part of this job is getting to meet new people and help them find the perfect home. They share their goals with me, and we team up to make things happen. We make real connections and friendships along the way.
This is way more fun than my 25+ year career in corporate America. As a real estate broker, I get to blend my love of houses, my enthusiasm for helping people, along with a dash of adventure. Born and raised in New York, I jumped ship twenty years ago for the southern charms of North Carolina. I now call Clayton home, and have been blessed with a wonderful husband and family.
Some agents like to boast that they are the "largest producer" or have "thousands served." My approach is different. Above all else, it is personal. With that in mind, it is important to respect your time and your preferences. Impressive numbers are good. Happy clients are priceless.
Home selling and buying can be an intimidating experience. So when you are ready to make your next move, I invite you to "go to Pam" for a unique blend of expertise and personal attention. Together we will navigate the process, and help you achieve your goal. You should be warned - you may have some fun along the way (yes, my jokes still need some work).
And because everybody deserves a good home (including our furriest friends), I will make a donation to the Johnston County Animal Protection League for every home I help you buy or sell. Now that's something to wag your tail about!
Now let's get started. Ready to make a move? Go2Pam!

THANK YOU TO MY WONDERFUL CLIENTS FOR YOUR FAITH AND GOOD WISHES!
"Pamela was there for us every step of the way and she negotiated a great price for our dream home. Our move from out-of-state was trouble free thanks to her professionalism."

"Allow us to take this opportunity to recommend Ms. Pam Dirisio to be your realtor. We have had the distinct pleasure of working with Pam for the last year with our property. We have a unique mini-horse farm outside Raleigh that was very difficult to find a good fit for people who needed the features offered by this special place. Pam was tireless and inventive in searching for and finding the match, that benefited both ourselves and the new tenants. She took the initiative to advertise in not only the usual real estate venues, but in media directed to horse people and animal lovers.
Among her many talents, beside being very personable and pleasant to work with, she is a crackerjack photographer, taking flattering, accurate pictures accenting the many features of our property, which helped immeasurably in presenting the estate.
Pam can move your property as well, especially in this tough market. We recommend her without reservation and would be happy to work with her again."

"Pam was very helpful and worked hard to help us get the investment property we were looking for. The HUD purchase was challenging, but we were successful with her assistance."
