I HAVE 24 LISTINGS ON ZILLOW, BUT ON MY HOME PAGE IT ONLY SHOWS 20. I NEED TO POST A PRICE REDUCTION AND THE LISTINGS ARE NOT THERE. BUT WHEN I SEARCH FOR THEM ON THE PUBLIC ACCESS THEY ARE THERE.

The buying public must be aware interest rates will go up and that very desirable neighborhoods like the Ahwatukee Foothills have bottomed out price wise>Why would you NOT buy a house today ?
