Showed home in 2015 in Pensacola, FL.

I have been looking into different markets for investment purposes. So, Pensacola area is on my list of locations. Before going, I do some "due diligence" on my part and determine that though the trip may not yield any positive results, it's still worth looking. But knowing about a market is much different than knowing the market. And that's where Pam Heinold enters the scene. I read her reviews, and noted that she was president of a group of Women Realtors in Pensacola. And I also noted that she lists and sells a lot of properties. This is exactly what I'm looking for in an agent...someone who is knowledgeable and someone who strives to "make the deal". The one down side is that being successful limits her time. But for me this is actually a plus. By that, every time her phone rang, or text alert popped, I was reassured that this agent was a winner. In other words, if I'm working with someone in this industry who is not juggling calls and texts, then I know they're either lazy or inept. Another plus, though her time was limited, she took my emails to heart and showed me enough property to help me make my decision much easier in the future. And I must add that while looking at the properties, she made me feel like I was her only client, answering all my questions and providing much appreciated documentation on every property shown. If I do buy in Pensacola, I can't imagine using any other agent. (My earlier review somehow fouled up locations)  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Pace, FL.

Pam Heinold is a problem solver. Not everything in life goes smoothly and especially not in Real Estate deals. Pam consistently found creative ways to overcome obstacles all while making both buyer and seller happy. She may be the best in Pensacola.

Bought a home in 2014 in Gonzalez, Cantonment, FL 32533.

Pam is definitely very knowledgeable with what she does. She is very friendly and easy to work with. She was willing to take us around whenever we wanted to look at a home. The only problem was that whenever we set a time to meet to look at a particular home, she was not on time. Now, this most likely is because she was extremely busy working with several other customers; however, I am writing this review from my perspective on working with her, and that is what I saw. I felt that we were being dealt with like we were buying our 5th house even though it was our first. She is so knowledgeable, but we as first time home buyers didn't know anything, and we didn't feel that everything was explained to us. We did trust her judgement. When we wanted to make an offer on a house, she was very quick to help us make that offer. We didn't get the first house we offered on because the other offer was better for the seller. We did offer on a second house, and that offer was accepted; however, the appraisal came back less than what they were asking for the house and the seller didn't want to budge on his price. What I found incredible is that Pam and the seller's agent were willing to take from their profits they would make on the purchase to cover that amount that the seller wouldn't budge. That is unheard of in today's world!!! So I really do thank Pam for that. We didn't end up getting that house though (not because of Pam, but because we just decided against it). Then we made an offer on a third house. This offer was accepted and this house was the one we are in today! It is the best one of the three houses that we offered on. Pam was extremely helpful with this purchase, since we were working with a relocation company, that added an extra hoop to have to jump through, but Pam knew what she was doing. We had a closing date of about 5 days before we had to be out of the house we were renting. However, we were waiting on paperwork from the relocation company and some other paperwork, so we couldn't close that day. It ended up getting to Friday (had to be out by Sunday) and we still had not closed. Pam was calling and doing as much as she could to make sure we would be able to close in time. Friday late afternoon, she called us and met us at the title company where we signed the paperwork. So overall, I would recommend her. I would have given her a 5 star rating if she were on time when we were scheduled to meet and if she had taken a little more time working with us as first time home buyers to explain the "why" of what we were doing. Thank you Pam for getting us into our new and first house! We absolutely love it!  More Less
