I accompanied my daughter and son in law on Saturday to your agency to look for a home to rent. They are relocating from the Seattle, WA area. We had a wonderful experience working with Meloni Vernon and plan on returning when they are ready to buy. Ms. Vernon made the experience of looking enjoyable. She was causal, practical, knowledgeable, accommodating, and efficient, and making the experience we were dreading fun. After hours of traveling, her laid back causal style was just what we needed. Ms. Vernon is a great asset to your agency.
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Granbury, TX.
Primary point of contact: Elaine Flemming
Elaine Fleming did an excellent overall job as our agent. She was knowledgeable, flexible, patient, and hard working. Elaine also made the experience a personal one. She was interested in our family, not just making a deal. We are thankful for her.
We found Mike Tullos to be, not just a great agent, but a super human being! He was receptive to our needs, thorough in finding properties that suited us and attentive at every step from selection right through purchase and final closing. It was a pleasure working with Mike.
Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Granbury, TX.
Sharp organization top down. Many real estate firms in Granbury are run as a hobby and their results reflect such. Knieper is run like a real business and they have professional results. You will do yourself well in choosing them.
Showed home in 2014 in Pecan Plantation, Granbury, TX 76049.
Great company to work with. Good team effort, rapid response, lots of patience on showing many homes and properties. Very knowledgeable, knows the market, very personable, would recommend to friends and family. This review was rejected but I don't know why. We haven't purchased a new property yet but are still in the market. We'll continue to work with the Knieper Team because we really like the service they have given us so far.
Helped me rent a Single Family home in Granbury, TX.
We leased a house through Pam Knieper. The initial process was great! We didn’t have any problems and we’ve been at our house for two years. We're now moving to a different city since our lease is up, so a realtor from Pam Knieper calls me to ask when she could take pictures of our home. I told her that Sunday would be the best day for us and she starts laughing and continues to say "Oh I don't work on the weekends" (side note...what realtor doesn't work on the weekends?). So I say, "Okay, well sometime next week in the evening"....she starts to laugh again and says "That won't work for me, why don't you just come drop off your key, and I'll go in and take pictures." I was in shock and pretty much speechless...I could not believe the way I was being treated. This woman was RUDE. So I say “okay...” and hang up. After talking with my husband about the situation over the weekend we decided that I would call them and tell them that I needed to be at the house, specifically because we have a puppy (who is kept in a kennel). I go to work on Monday...come home that evening and see a Pam Knieper sign in my yard and a lockbox on my door. So for the past couple of days I've been checking my address to see if it's online and today, I found it online....pictures of my house—dog included. I am disgusted with the way I was treated and the fact that I, nor my husband were NEVER notified (by Pam Knieper or my landlords) that they would be coming to my house to take pictures, really gets under my skin. I don’t put full blame of the situation on Pam Knieper Realty, our landlords take part in that. But I should not have been treated the way I was and they should have known that I was going to call them and let them know when to come to our house. I understand that we are just renters, but they had no right to do that without notifying us!
I would not use her for leasing your house. She totally messed us up and gave us the tenant from hello. She may good at selling but leasing, no way. We have been living a nightmare for nearly two years with the lease agreement and tenant.
