We hired Pam to sell our home through my husband's relocation service. She did very little if anything to help us in selling our home. Once the listing contract was signed we never saw her again and had little communication with her. Response time from her lagged when we had questions as well as her willingness to do any further work to help. Our home did eventually sell, however thru no help from Pam. It was a different agent whom sold it.
For the past two years I have received the prestigious Quality Service Award from my company. 1. My commission fees were paid by the relocation company. They selected me because of my knowledge, expertise and quality service.. 2. I provided all the professional services and more that every client of mine receives. 3. Feedback was given after every showing, and a market report was done every other week. All calls from the seller were responded to within 6 hours or less. 4. The sellers were not honest about septic issues, and the relocation company paid a huge amount of money to replace the septic system in order for this home to sell. 5. In over 90% of all real estate transactions the agent doesn't represent both the buyer and the seller. It can be considered a conflict of interest. It isn't unusual that I did not represent the buyer in this sale.
