This is a unique website as it puts all of the "just listed" or "price reductions" at the top of their webpage so that they will know immediately what is new without looking at everything. In addition, since my clients' time is very important, I make sure that when we are looking at homes that I am organized. I map the properties in an orderly fashion so that we do not waste time, I use my GPS and I also provide my clients with a feedback form for each home so that they can make notes on their likes, dislikes, and concerns and approx. payment. I help my clients with deciding what to offer on a property based on comparables I provide to them of the neighborhood and negotiate on their behalf.
