Bought a home in 2011.
Pam Palone is awesome! She helped my wife and I find a beautiful home in an area that we love. She is extremely knowledgable of the area, school districts, mortgage companies, home builders etc. Basically any question you could possibly have during the purchase of your home, Pam will have the answer. She even helped me rent out the place I was leasing, so that i could get out of my contract. She far surpassed every expectation I had in a real estate agent. She worked long hours and did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible through the whole process. I would recommend Pam to anyone in a heartbeat. I honestly cant say enough about Pam to really do her justice. Just give her a call and let her show you how great she really is.

ALTHOUGH THE PROCESS OF BEING A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER WAS STRESSFUL, PAM PALONE MADE IT AS EASY AS PURCHASING A CUP OF COFFEE. PAM WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND WILLING TO SEE 10 OR MORE HOUSES WITHIN A DAY. SHE IS ALWAYS ONE PHONE CALL AWAY. THANK YOU PAM!!!!

Pam Palone helped my fiancé and I purchase our townhome in Feb 2011. She was so kind and helpful. This was our first time purchasing a home and Pam was patient with us every step of the way. She set up tons of showings for us to look at places and she took plenty of time with us every time we went and looked at townhomes. She really tried to get to know us and find out exactly what we wanted in our home. She has a great sense of humor and makes the home buying process painless! Her experience really shows and we were impressed at how knowledgeable she is with various rules and regulations. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Monument, CO.
Overall: Truly exceptional realtor. My wife and I utilized the services of Pam Palone as a buyer’s agent on our recent move from California to Colorado. Pam’s efforts in helping us find our perfect home and then protecting our interests throughout the purchase of that home were above and beyond what I would expect of a standard realtor. Pam has our highest recommendation.
Local Knowledge: Excellent. We were moving from California and this was an area we definitely needed some help with. Pam gave us information on everything from the highest rated school districts to an excellent restaurant recommendation. She knows Colorado Springs/Monument area very well.
Process Expertise: Excellent. Our home purchase ended up being a short sale, a process of which we knew nothing about. Pam guided us at every step of the process, through contract creation and negotiation, and into closing. Her guidance and advise were always spot on.
Responsiveness: Excellent. I was probably a bit of a high maintenance buyer, but Pam seemed unperturbed. All e-mails and voicemails were responded to same day, many times in the same hour.
Negotiation Skills: Excellent. We didn’t have too many issues with the sellers, but we got our way on the few issues we did have. Pam fought for us well!

Bought a home in 2012.
Pam was recommended to me by a friend who said she was wonderful. I contacted Pam immediately and informed her we were unsure what, where, or when we would be buying. Pam immediately began sending us houses to look at to refine our search criteria. After working with us for approx. 6 months we took the next step and began physically looking at already built houses. After approx a month we changed gears to a new build and Pam didn't miss a beat. We decided on the layout, builder, and area and Pam went to work doing her magic. She was able to get the seller down in price and within our price range without compromising our wants and needs. She was always there when I called to assist me as a new buyer through the process. Even after closing Pam was there for guidance and assistance with after buying issues and questions even though she was no longer obligated to assist. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER FOR ALL NEEDS.

Bought a home in 2012.
Pam was outstanding in trying to find an investment property for us. She showed us several houses and shared what she thought was good about the property and what wasn't so good. Most of all, she never pressured us into signing a contract. She wanted us to be sure it was the right property for us. She also gave us information about repair contacts and what a good return on our investment would be. She knows her trade. I would use her again.

Pam went out of her way to do all she could do in order to make the process of searching for, and eventually purchasing a home, seamless. On many occasions she worked after hours to answer inquiries, show homes, and negotiate with the selling agent. Additionally her laid-back, no-pressure demeanor goes against the grain of the used-car salesman approach that plagues the industry,

Pam is amazing! She found me a great house at an extremely good price. The experience was easy and effortless.
