Pam was the agent who sold my house. Luckily for her my house was completely remodeled and priced to sell. She is inconsistent... when we told her we were going to have a prelisting home inspection she was thrilled, then she told me the day before to cancel it. It was then too late because the home inspector required half-payment for cancellation. Same happened when we told her the house would be empty for showings, she called WHILE I was unloading the Uhaul to tell me to leave the entire house furnished. She even suggested I cut utilities early after we passed all contingencies, then when it came closer to settlement she informed me not to. When she came with her "professional" friend to "stage" our home for photos, her friend arrived in sweat pants and a pajama shirt. This did not show confidence in my choice of agents. Pam was nothing but negative through each contingency. She told me we would fail inspection, termite, radon gas and appraisal. I would not recommend her because selling a house is stressful, there is no reason for your agent to add more stress to a situation. There were numerous occasions where I would speak to Pam for upwards of an hour and 15 minutes after our phone call she would call to discuss the same exact thing as if we didn't spend an hour on the phone. I did not use Pam as a Buyer's Agent, but I DO NOT recommend her if you are selling your home.
