Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Macomb, MI.
Pam was referred and we were lucky to work with her. We had to sell our Mother's home when she went into a nursing home. Pam's knowledge, dedication and ability to make a difficult situation less painful was so appreciated by the whole family. She is a gem of a realtor and we will be happy to pass on her name to anyone who needs a great partner to work with and get their property sold. The home sold in 3 weeks!

Bought a home in 2012.
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent... My Wife and I had been looking for a home on our own for about 3 months when we ran into Pam Sawyer at one of her listings. After a days worth of open houses she knew exactly what we were looking for and provided us with information on Softwater Woods and several other properties. We loved the place with one drawback...it was a bank owned property with bids needed in 48 hours. Pam worked with us, the bank owning the property in California, our bank, the county, home inspectors and title company to close on the property with in 45 days. We have highly recommended Pam to family and friends to there satisfaction as well in a tough 2010/2011 market.

Bought a home in 2012.
We have had experiences with several realtors. Pam Sawyer truly goes above and beyond. We were inquiring about one of her properties and she took our call on a holiday weekend. We didn't end up with that particular listing, but we hired her as our agent because of her enthusiasm, knowledge and promptness. She is the best. We were originally interested in a short-sale. Many agents steer clients away. Not Pam. She was so knowledgeable. She truly wants the best home for her clients no matter how much work it creates for her. She works her butt off for her clients. We purchased our home this past summer and could not be happier! She is phenomenal!!!!!

Sold a home in 2012.
Pam Sawyer is a true professional. She pays attention to the most minute detail and nothing slips by her. The video presentation she put together was outstanding and sold our home the first day listed above asking price.
Pam puts all of the other real estate agents we've dealt with in the past few years to shame. I recommend any buying or selling a home hire Pam. She is by far the BEST!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Shelby Township, MI.
Pam was a decent real estate agent. we had a tougher house to sell - which was sold by the sign in the front lawn. The buyer drove by the house called his agent and they made an appointment to see the house. I was home when the buyer came thru and basically sold the house to him. One of those deals where I could have saved myself 20 thousand by just putting a for sale by owner sign in the front. Oh well live and learn. As far as Pam goes she did what we signed up for - she put our home on all the web sites etc. She was better than our last agent but not as good as some of the ones in the past.

This was a very difficult home to see nestled between 24 Mile Rd. and backing up to Schoenherr. The buyer for your property saw your home on Zillow premier agent, and did a drive-by and contacted the agent themselves. The buyer was upset with their agent as they were finding the homes online, the agent was not sending them homes to review, so they found it on Zillow, not from the sign. I did spend money on ads with a marketing blitz and you did have over 50 showings and 3 offers (2 of them low), in 6 weeks. This was a very difficult home to sell and you received a very good offer and sold. It was a pleasure working with you, and thanks for referring me to your daughter.
