Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Manchester, NH.

I cannot say enough great things about Pam. We were in a tough spot with our house worth less than owed. In addition, we had to leave NH and deal with the selling process from 1,300 miles away.

From day one, Pam made us feel confident and assured that it will all work out. Pam handled every step of the way with diligence and professionalism.

Pam is awesome -- she goes the extra mile and was so helpful during the closing when a Massachusetts lawyer chosen by the buyers tried to completely botch the closing process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Manchester, NH.

I originally contacted Pam because she had the listing on a house I was looking at. I was moving into the area from another country. This turned out to be harder than I expected, and I quickly concluded I had to solve more international bank problems before I could buy a house.

Once I got that sorted out, I called Pam again and we started looking. I'm in many ways a difficult client, because I have a lot of rules about what I'm looking for and a very clear idea of how much a property is worth to me. One sale fell through when I couldn't come to terms after a building inspection. Pam was patient and relaxed about the entire thing, and I was quite happy to be working with someone experienced who knew that there's always another house.

It was a good experience. I'd happily work with Pam again.
