Sold a home in 2011.
Tami and her team are excellent! The whole staff is well versed in all aspects of real estate. The whole team is committed to each transaction. Tami gives undivided attention to each transaction and made sure that all of my selling and buying goals were met. Every step of the way Tami and her team were always ahead of the transaction. If selling or buying a property, in Santa Monica, Venice or any part of West LA I would not use anyone else.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $850K in Venice, Venice, CA.
It was very important that we find a realtor who knew Venice and Tami Pardee is an expert. Our house got maximum on-line exposure and as a result, she sold our home in 2 months for a good price in a horrible market. We couldn't recommend Tami and her wonderful team highly enough!

Tami Pardee and her team of agents are incredible, amazing, wonderful and determined to serve the client well. We felt well taken care of from pre-open house to the day we closed. THE MOST STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE a buyer could ever have. Tami believed in our unique, large-lot home and knew the right number to list it. The day after our only open house we received multiple offers and sold in 7 days. We feel so fortunate that all went very well for our deal. Love Pardee properties!!

Tami Pardee and her team at Pardee Properties, are first class, top notch professionals. The service and attention that you get from that office is absolutely amazing. We first worked with Tami in 2007, she helped buy our first Condo in Mar Vista. She was able to calm our nerves and make the purchase very smooth. We then try to sell the condo with her in 2009, but with her expertise and direction we realized it wasn't the right time. Then just few weeks ago, we sold our condo. What a successful and great experience we had. With all the hurdles and obstacles, Pardee Properties were there to guide us and answer all our questions. Every time we emailed a question, we quickly received a wonderfully helpful answer and solution back. Tami and her team are the very best. Look no further.

When it comes to selling or property in Venice/Santa Monica, or finding one for that matter, you cannot possibly do better than Pardee Properties. Pardee excels in every aspect of the process from market knowledge, to marketing, to open houses, negotiating, and of course the client relationship. I would not use anyone else.

Tami assisted me with the purchase of my home some years back. Over the years she has been a sounding board on many of my real estate investments. Her team has helped me with all the little things that others just find too time consuming. Tami is real estate agent for life! I can't say enough about Pardee Properties.
