Finding a knowledgeable agent who has your best interests at heart and someone you can trust is critical in the process of selling or buying a home. Pat is exemplary in that she is an expert in terms of knowing the market, identifying need, outlining a plan and helping to execute the plan in terms of timing, pricing and in the best interests of the client. She is very patient (She must of shown us 100 houses!), friendly and very easy to work with, which makes a stressful process a bit easier when you have someone so professional and knowledgeable helping you along. I would recommend Pat to everyone and anyone who is looking to buy a house. I recently used Pat’s services and as a first time home buyer I could not be happier with her work. She was knowledgeable, informative, honest and hard-working throughout the entire process. Pat played more than just the role of a typical realtor.
