Mrs. Reyes was an instrumental role in the process of both selling and purchasing our new home. She exuded organizational skills that allowed us to ease in the process of being both a buyer and a seller. Lets face it, there is so much to finding the right home and Patricia had various options and demonstrated patience and reminded us " you need to love it" and "don't settle". I have a new respect for her as an agent! She taught us and walked us through all the steps involved in buying and selling our home. The whole time she treated us with respect and welcomed all our concerns and questions. She is a wonderful agent and a client would want her on their side.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Lower Valley, El Paso, TX.
Pat Nevares help me realize my dram of homeownership by listening to my families needs as well as mine. She took the time in searching for the precise details in the type of home that we needed with 3 children and one in the way. When we finally found the right one, Pat did everything in her hands to negotiate price and closing cost. She guided us through the process since this is our first time buying a home and showd us how to look at the little ditails when we where home-searching. Pat was conciense of our time line because of my due date, and persevered in closing the deal on time, while I was at the hospital with my newborn. Pat Nevares was more than a realstate agent. She was a friend to my family, caring for my family, and looking for out for our interest as friends do. I reacently gave a couple who plans to buy a home her card, and I streesed on her experience, knowledge, and professionalism.

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Album Park, El Paso, TX.
Pat is a "go getter" She is hard working and knows her business very well. She not only strives to find the best deal possible for you but she will make sure it is the "perfect" home.
After helping us find our town home she has assisted with the rental part of it as well.
She is well rounded in selling, buying, renting etc. everything that has to do with the real estate market.
