Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Dayton, OH.
Pat is the most AMAZING realtor ever! Her knowledge of the industry and area helps make very informed decisions when considering school districts, neighborhoods and everything else. She is not above showing you the cheapest house on the market, if that is the price range you are in. Our price range changed a few times (for the better) over the months (and months and months) we searched and Pat never once gave-up on us. Her team is great. Pat Bradley-Falke is wonderful. She worked with me to stage my home for sale including arranging someone to lay much and swapping out appliances. My house sold in three days for close to the asking price. I loved working with her and have recommended her many times.
