Our family used Pat after being referred by a friend. At the time, purchasing a home in a historic district was not even something we knew we wanted. After finding out our budget and our specific needs, we agreed to tour some of the new homes in Springfield. (My husband and I are not renovators!) We really fell in love with the neighborhood and our home. It's a perfect place to raise a family because of the support system of the neighborhood.   Pat not only understood our desires as a young family but also understood what to recommend to us. Her knowledge of the historic district and home buying process in the area made the entire transaction a breeze. Not only does Pat believe in historic districts, she also lives in Springfield.
