Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Mebane, NC.
Patricia was very nice to be around! Showed me a property whenever I wanted to see one and was there to answer any questions. I really liked the fact that if a property I wanted to see when I got there if it was not so amazing she never tried to up sale it( saying it was nice when it wasn't).
