Bought a Single Family home in 2001 in Chapel Hill, NC.
Patricia has helped us with three transactions: One a vacation home and two investment properties. She is always prepared, and makes it her business to be informed about the individual properties as well as the communities where the properties are located. She is extremely honest: you can trust her information and her advice, and you can trust that she is looking out for her client's best interest. She has helped us avoid mistakes based on our own ignorance. I recommend her highly and will use her in all of my future transactions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Mebane, NC.
Patricia was very nice to be around! Showed me a property whenever I wanted to see one and was there to answer any questions. I really liked the fact that if a property I wanted to see when I got there if it was not so amazing she never tried to up sale it( saying it was nice when it wasn't). An honest kind lady and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!!

We bought a home using Patricia, and she was very willing to continue showing us houses despite looking for months. Very personable and knowledgeable about the area.

Bought a home in 2012.
Patricia is amazing. My husband and I worked with her originally in 2011. We had picked out a house, but then found out we couldn't get a loan. We liked her so much, though, we started working with her a few months later. She showed us all the homes we wanted to see, and many times changed her schedule around to work around ours. She was always very friendly and gave great advice on what to look for in homes. When we finally put an offer on a house, and it was accepted, she had our best interests in mind the whole time. We had some trouble getting approved for a loan, but she kept on being encouraging, and communicated often with the seller to make sure we were being treated fairly. Patricia followed up with us often during the loan/closing process, and was always there to vent to. She is a very persistent person, and a very hard worker. She was always a joy to work with, and we are sad that we aren't working with her anymore. However, the closing experience went smoothly, and she even played with our toddler while we signed papers. I would recommend Patricia to anyone buying a home.

She was very knowledgeable. She was very honest,very polite and very down to earth.
She is an excellent listener. She does her home work very very well.
It took her just couple of days to find THE DREAM HOME for

Bought a home in 2011.
What my wife and I quickly came to appreciate about Patricia were three things: her competency, her caring, but, maybe most of all, her indefatigable personality. She is fantastic in this role because she is an honest, curious, happy human being. When we began our search using Zillow, I sent e-mails to several agents -- only Patricia either answered the inquiry in the first place, or did it in a way that actually demonstrated perceiving our needs. On that note a helpful, responsive, supportive relationship developed which succeeded in closing on just the right house for us. While she does this all the time, you have her undivided attention when she's working with you. Yes, we highly recommend Patricia Roberts.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Durham, NC.
I contacted Patricia in the spring because I was curious about a house in the neighborhood where I was currently renting. I wasn't really shopping, but thought I would look. This started a lengthy (6 month?) "casual" house search that involved making several offers, having two houses go under contract with other people the day we looked at them, and walking away from negotiations at another house when the "perfect" place came along. The whole time I felt that she had my best interest in mind, and wasn't ever going to pressure me into buying a place just to be done with the process.
While we were preparing for closing, she was particularly supportive while I thought I was going to go crazy. She was able to pull on past personal and client experiences to tell me about my options, rights, and to give me some courage to push for the best deal.

Patricia was a super agent. she never tired of showing us great homes that checked all our boxes. she helped us on our relocation and had lots of good advice and contacts to make the move easier. she always looked out for our best interests and did what an agent is suppose to do.

Sold a home in 2011.
Patricia assisted me with the purchase and sale of an investment property. I really appreciate the way she made herself available on such short notice to check out properties that just hit the market. I notice my listing, as well as her other listings, stand out because of the amazing pictures. They really give buyers a feel for the home…inside and out. She also did a great job utilizing technology to make sure my property was listed on the most popular real estate internet sites. She is very down to earth and enjoyable to work with.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Haw River, NC.
Patricia was great! I'm a first-time home buyer and she was very good at explaining each step of the process and what options were available to me. She responded to my emails and questions quickly and was very flexible in setting up viewings around my schedule. Her easy-going personality helped reduce the level of stress that's inherent in such a big decision. I will definitely call her if I decide to buy again.
