Bought a home in 2012.

Pat is a knowledgeable,capable and delightful person to work with. She was patient with us even as our criteria changed after we saw a few homes. Sold a Single Family home in 2004 in University City, San Diego, CA.

Pat listed and sold my property for the highest price at that time in my complex. Later she represented me in the purchase of my current home. Both times we were extremely pleased with her thoroughness and ability to get the job done!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Encinitas, CA.

I was undergoing a painful divorce and Pat took the time to find a rental home for my 12yr old daughter and myself. I know this took some time and certainly without her normal commissions, her kindness and thoughtfulness were incredible.

Later, I was buying a nice home, but we were wide apart on the bid ask price. Only with Pat working with the other agents, her willingness to submit multiple bids, and a totally supportive attitude, was I able to purchase a property at a price that was both amazing and affordable. She had concerns about the roof and got her own roof inspector who basically stated that the roof was shot, which two other contractors also verified. She then arranged that the seller of the home significantly participate in the expense of the new roof before the sale was complete. She is conscientious, warm, knowledgeable, and very hard working. I would never buy another home without her.  More Less
