Bought a Single Family home in 2005 in Gateway / Green Valley Ranch, Denver, CO.
I have used Patrick for multiple sales and one purchase. Pat is by far the most involved real estate agent I’ve worked with. He sold an investment property of mine in 2008, (about the worst time to be selling in the metro area) he found a buyer and the property was sold in a very timely manner. Sold a home in 2009.
Mr. Murray sold my downtown Denver condo in 2009, after I moved back to the East Coast. Patrick was a huge help to me, since I was 2000 miles away, and went above and beyond in making the sale of my condo happen in a timely fashion. He kept in constant touch with me throughout the entire process, and even stepped in to oversee some home repairs that became necessary while the property was listed.
