Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Lakewood Village, Long Beach, CA.
We are out-of-state owners of a beach house in New Jersey that is currently rented. We needed help with our NJ property and were not getting the help we needed from the company managing our property. After reading her great reviews on Zillow, we called Francesca. Francesca took the time to visit our property, which is not in her neighborhood, assisted us with the maintenance issue, and helped us find a reliable contractor, even though we are not currently her clients and are not in the market to sell our NJ property soon. When we are ready to sell our house, she will certainly be the first Realtor we call !

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $825K in Belmar, NJ.
I have bought and sold over a dozen homes in my life, and Fransesca was by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond what anyone could ever expect from a realtor. She will change your view forever on what a realtor can do for you to help find a home, sell a home and close the deal.

The craziet deal of my entire career. Took 4.5 months to close . . . a first . . but we all hung in there and completed the job! Kudos to my buyer for his patience and perserverance.

extremely patient. Excellent negotiator. Was able to bring a deal back to life that with my more than 20 years of experience as a real estate investor thought was never going to happen. Would have no problem recommending her to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Bradley Beach, NJ.
Francesca is an excelent realtor. She listed my home in Bradley Beach and got it sold. She went above and beyond what any realtor i have worked with has ever done. Always keeping in contact and continueously working to keep the house marketed with all the tools available. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their house!! I would definately use her again.

In this market, it is hard to find an "easy" deal, but this seller persevered and REFUSED to go "short sale", taking the easy way out. I commend her for not placing her financial burden on all of society. She is truly one of a kind!

Sold a home in 2011.
I highly recommend Francesca. I am a first-time home buyer and she has been extremely helpful through the entire process. I learned more from her and her guidance regarding mortgages, closing costs, etc. in one phone conversation than I had in days of researching online and speaking to some mortgage brokers. Francesca is VERY honest and her follow up is excellent. She listens and really understands a buyer's wishes and needs.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Point Pleasant Boro, NJ.
Francesca was a tremendous help in buying our dream - a home down the Jersey Shore! It was a long distance process for us and Francesca was able to recommend several expert and trustworthy professionals (in other fields) that we needed in order to buy the home. She was also very willing to do any extra legwork needed that we could not do from our home in Connecticut. She also anticipated any potential pitfalls and was able to guide us through the process - our first purchase in 26 years and how things have changed in all those years! You are in the top 3 of the best clients of 2011! This market has produced so much misunderstanding of the RE Market and the economy had produces so much nit picking b/t buyers and sellers that through it all, the two of u remained empathic to the growing family of the seller - so admirable in my book. I look forward to seeing you again - perhaps I'll get an invite to a Bay Head Shore Clubhouse event!

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Nutley, NJ.
Hi, although I was working with another agent I called Francesca. She gave me positive advice. With integrity she advised me to continue with my agent but any help she could give me she would, and did. She didn't expect anything in return, this is rare in today's world. She's a dedicated, responsible and trustworthy person. I would definitely recommend her if I were moving. Thanks for all your advice Francesca!

Kick me if I'm wrong, but taking business from another agent only benefits the agent and not the client. This clients was looking at the Jersey Shore and after speaking with her, I could serve her no better than her current agent, so I advised her to hold out, better things were to come!

She is responsive in the highest degree not only to the clients, but also with me in helping or assisting with anything that was needed throughout the purchase process. She has a vast knowledge of the area she works in and goes the extra mile in getting her clients the home that not only fits they wants and needs, but their budget also! Bought a home in 2011.
I have rented sumemr houses for the past 5 years in point pleasant and belmar. Never before have I worked with an agent as helpful and as speedy as Francesca. She truely went to the extra mile to make our rental happen in such a short period of time. Not many people would have been able to pull it off. She was in constant contact with me and kept in updated on everything from having the house furnished to the rules and garbage pick up and noise rules. Not only was she professional but she was a doll to work with and has the best personality! I hope she comes to hang out with us one weekend!
