    Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Macon, GA.
    I started working with Patti initially by happenstance as I wanted to view one of her properties and picked her based on the previous reviews listed here on Zillow. And I am very grateful I did! Looking for my first home proved to be very overwhelming initially, but working with Patti helped ease all of the stresses. She has a great knowledge of all parts of the middle Georgia area and was able to help me find the perfect home.     Sold a home in 2012.
    I really just picked out my real estate agent from Sheridan’s listings sort of trying to judge her from the little curriculum vitae blob and her photo. Once I got to know Patti Chapman, however, I realized I had acquired a bonus. Not only was she a very intelligent, focused, skilled professional, but an absolutely delightful person. Moreover, Patti helped me far beyond the call of duty as the following examples prove: (a) She provided me with a beautiful patio set to enhance my bare patio for showings – hauling it to my house on a flatbed trailer for miles. (b) She paid for the cost of appliance repairs when I was short of funding. (c) Upon phoning her from out of state two different times, she personally removing a load of items from my house that I had forgotten to take with me when I moved out. (d) She negotiated the sale of certain household items (not included with the house) I had for sale between me and the buyer from A to Z. These things Patti did with utter grace and ease – no big deal. She sold my little cottage which wasn’t an easy accomplishment in this market. I would absolutely recommend her.…MoreLess
