Bought a home in 2013.
Patti Johnson is a wonderful agent. She is very quick to answer and questions that you might have and she goes out of her way to make sure everything is right and you understand everything. She was more than happy to take us out to the land we were interested in and walk around it. We honestly could not have asked for a better agent... Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Martinsville, VA.
Patti has handled our purchase, move and integration into the Martinsville community with extraordinary professionalism and skill, remarkable knowledge and total integrity. But that's only the tip of the mountain--this young woman has gone so far above and beyond anything we could have imagined or hoped for that it is difficult to give her the credit she deserves without sounding like a paid advertisement! She is truly an extraordinary human being, not just an amazing buyer's agent. Not only has she done--usually immediately--everything we asked--from taking reams of photos of our target properties and emailing them to us, to following up thoroughly on even the teeniest details of the negotiations with everyone involved (seller's agents, insurance folk, exterminators, contractors, and on and on)--but she also has repeatedly taken the initiative to see to it that things were set in motion and completed that we never would have thought of--investigating the trash pickup for our locale, finding landscapers and bankers, etc. It has constantly astonished and reassured us that she is so readily available and in touch, which has smoothed our transition wonderfully. She even made sure our fridge and cupboards were stocked with the essentials we needed for our first week of move-in, including sandwich makings for the movers who arrived in the 18-wheeler from Boston and worked all day to unload our belongings. The bottom line is that if you want the best buyer's agent on the planet, call Patti Johnson. You'll come to almost believe, as we have through our 10-month-long process, that you are the only person she is serving (though that's clearly impossible) and that she cares about your business as though it is her own. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Martinsville, VA.
Wow, how blessed I was to find Patti Johnson to help me find my dream house, and what a great job she did, indeed! She was patient, professional and polite, and she knew just what i was looki g for.
We looked at many houses before I settled for my new home. And I absolutely love it! Thanks to Patti Johnson, she helped me find just the right house, affordable, the right size and in a good neighborhood. Again, thanks Patti!
(For the record, there was nothing wrong with my first review! Should I have removed the word blessed also? Sure hope this review cuts the mustard, if not, well, use your imagination and go.............Peace)…More Less
