Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in New Market, AL.
Patti was the listing agent for a home my wife and I were highly intersted in, but we enjoyed our current home and did not want to float two mortgages, so I told her if she could sell our current home we would purchase the other. After initial negotiations, my wife and I signed a right of first refusal on the home we were interest in and Patti placed our current home on the market. After marketing our home in a very competitive envornment, Patti found a buyer for our current home and thus started the process of 3rd party inspection/appraisal/loan approval chain of events for both homes, which, admittedly can be intimidating, but Patti made the process as smooth as possible. Long story short, our previous home sold at 96% of asking price and we did quite well on the purchase price of our new home. Though some may have reservations about using the same realtor as both the listing and buying agent, Patti was professional/ethical throughout the entire process.…More Less

Bought a home in 2012.
I can not express how valuable Patti was in our home search/buying experience. She showed us over 50 homes, was relentless and determined to find us THE house we were looking for. She displayed boundless energy and enthusiasm throughout the process, was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking in as well as the entire contract and closing process.
