Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Yorkville, IL.
My husband and I decided to do a short sale last year, and my husband was very, very nervous about the whole process. Patti was amazing and held his hand all the way through the whole process! Dealing with the banks was over whelming, but once Patti took over we stopped receiving phone calls from the lender. Patti knows exactly how to deal with lenders! To top off her skill, we had a buyer who backed out about three weeks before closing, and Patti stepped up, worked everyone she knew and found a buyer within two weeks! We still closed by the end of Jan, can you say amazing!!! I have recommended her to a few of my other friends, who are now using Patti as well, and I get thank you text all they time from them!!! Patti was a phenomenal agent and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the area. She was constantly on top of showings, found many leads, and always kept me and my partner informed during the entire process. She was available day and night and returned phone calls within the half hour--talk about service!
