Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 in Peabody, MA.
Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions along the way and patty was able to answer all of them. She's very easy to get a hold of also emails, phone calls or a simple text she gets back to you right away. She also has a lot of connections making the home buying process much simpler ( mortgage companies, attorneys, home inspectors) all of which were also very helpful and honest. Even after closing she still can be reached to help you with anything you need whether it be recomendations for roofers, electricians or scrapers. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Gloucester, MA.
Patty has the patience and caring to hang in there till you find the perfect home. After numerous trips to Gloucester from New York and New Jersey we found what truly met our needs; location, charm and community being major criteria.

Showed home in 2013 in Gloucester, MA.
Looked for a duplex in Gloucester for under $300,000. Patty was very responsive, gave us excellent unbiased evaluations of each property, facilitated our view of the property, and developed our offer statement.
