Showed home in 2013 in Gloucester, MA.
Looked for a duplex in Gloucester for under $300,000. Patty was very responsive, gave us excellent unbiased evaluations of each property, facilitated our view of the property, and developed our offer statement. In the end we chose not to purchase at this time, due to the limited inventory available, but we have Patty on our speed dial and, if the market conditions change, we will definitely be utilizing her services again.…More Less

Patty was extremly knowledgable about the Gloucester market. Even before going on showings Patty was able to describe various listings in enough detail to weed out undesirable properties. Patty allowed us to maximize our search by suggesting only properties that matched our list of must haves. She was fun to work with and very professional.
