Looked for a duplex in Gloucester for under $300,000. Patty was very responsive, gave us excellent unbiased evaluations of each property, facilitated our view of the property, and developed our offer statement. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Gloucester, MA.
Patty was extremly knowledgable about the Gloucester market. Even before going on showings Patty was able to describe various listings in enough detail to weed out undesirable properties. Patty allowed us to maximize our search by suggesting only properties that matched our list of must haves. She was fun to work with and very professional.
