Showed home in 2013 in Gloucester, MA.
Looked for a duplex in Gloucester for under $300,000. Patty was very responsive, gave us excellent unbiased evaluations of each property, facilitated our view of the property, and developed our offer statement. In the end we chose not to purchase at this time, due to the limited inventory available, but we have Patty on our speed dial and, if the market conditions change, we will definitely be utilizing her services again.

Patty was extremly knowledgable about the Gloucester market. Even before going on showings Patty was able to describe various listings in enough detail to weed out undesirable properties. Patty allowed us to maximize our search by suggesting only properties that matched our list of must haves. She was fun to work with and very professional. She made the home buying experience easy to understand. Patty was also able to provide contacts for all sorts of professional services needed during and after the home buying process. I would love to work with her again.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $450K in Melrose, MA.
I had the pleasure of working with Patty to purchase my first home. Patty came highly recommended and she lived up to the hype. Patty was extremely knowledgeable, patient, attentive and organized. I had very specific criteria for my first home and Patty was focused. She was always willing to work around my schedule, yet never let an opportunity pass by. There is no doubt that without Patty, I would not have successfully purchased my dream home!

I can honestly say that our experience with Patty Knaggs made the whole process of selling and buying a home so much better. She sold our home in one week!! I believe that her attention to detail and personality made that happen. From the moment we began working with her, we had her undivided attention-she responded to our phone calls, emails, and questions immediately and was never too busy for us. In addition, she told us how to get our home ready for the open house, she made a positive impression on prospective buyers, she was willing to show the home for us at any time, and she also had people fill out an email survey, which gave us valuable feedback.
When it came time to purchase a home, Patty honed in on exactly what we were looking for. She was willing to see homes at any time with us, and she constantly contacted other agents to get us early showings, weekday showings-whenever was convenient for us. Although inventory was limited, she found us the perfect house. She and my husband went to see the home the day it went on the market, and there ended up being several offers on the house that day. Patty went above and beyond and because of her professionalism and personal touches, we got the home. She guided us through every step until we closed on the new house, answered every question thoroughly (the important ones and the mundane), and was absolutely awesome. She also knows a lot of people in the real estate professional community, which made finding the other people involved (lawyer, mortgage broker, home inspector) super easy, and we appreciated all of the people that she connected us with. I highly recommend Patty Knaggs as a buyer's and seller's agent.

As first time home buyers, we quickly realized we were going to need help; there was so much to learn and a lot of confusion over different topics. We could not have found a better buyer's agent than Patty Knaggs who brought clarity, focus and assurance to our entire process.
Patty made it easy to visit different properties that we expressed interest in and was also equally skilled in suggesting nice properties that we may have otherwise overlooked. When we were ready to move forward, Patty was also ready and able to help us along and work for our best interests. When we had questions, Patty was available by phone or email and would respond quickly and get real answers for us.
Another huge benefit of having Patty as our buyer's agent was her access to other resources such as mortgage consultants, real estate lawyer, home inspectors, etc. To us, this was an unexpectedly huge help as it saved us the time and energy of researching, meeting and assembling our own team. We trusted Patty's expertise and experience and, by proxy, we trusted her recommendations. We were not disappointed.
We are happy to say that our entire process was smooth and kept on track with Patty's help and we successfully bought and moved into a house.

Bought a home in 2012.
I just finished purchasing a house, and did not realize how important the realtor can be in this process. Patty was great and her professional and personal approaches were invaluable in making it happen in a very competitive market. During our search she was always accessible and went the extra mile for us.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Beverly, MA.
As a first time buyer it was extremely helpful to have Patty Knaggs on our team. Patty took a lot of time to help my husband and I become familiar with the process of buying a home, and she kept us on track for our goal of when we wanted to move. We found a property that was perfect for us and looking back- we are so thankful for the advice that she gave us about some of the other properties we looked at! Patty is not only professional but she is very friendly and patient. Beyond knowing a lot about the process of buying a home, Patty was able to recommend some other great professionals to work with for our loan, our home inspection, and even helped us get into a first time home buyers class that we were required to take. It seems like she is willing and even happy to meet or call at times that worked best for us (nights and weekends) and that made the process a lot less stressful for us. From my experience I would recommend Patty Knaggs to anyone looking to buy a home.

My husband and I (Keith), were so pleased with Patty. We are first time home buyers and she was great with walking us through the process. She sat down with us in the beginning to let us know what to expect and was there with us along the way. As a buyers agent I can not say enough good things about Patty. I feel like we not only found our new home, but a new friend. I know that sounds "cheesy" but it is true. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. She is realistic and energetic and we love her.
