Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Bellmont Hillsboro, Nashville, TN.

Bought a home in 2009.
We worked with Paul to buy out first home. He made the process easy and pleasurable. When looking for a property, he was familiar with the benefits and drawbacks of the different areas of Nashville. I was unfamiliar with the different procedures of buying a home; putting in offers, etc., and he made it simple for me. We ending up spending a lot of time on this purchase and therefore spent a lot of time with Paul. His generally affable personality made that easy and I think it also benefits him when negotiating with other realtors.
