The day we called Paul, he offered to meet us at the house within the hour and he did. He spent quite a while explaining his company's policies and procedures regarding honesty, transparency, integrity, and care in presenting the property. He took pictures and said he would be back to us in a day or two with what he believed would be a fair price for the property after he looked at the information we gave him and similar homes in the area that sold recently. He did his homework and then called us and asked if we were okay with his listing price. We were and he did the listing agreement, advertised the property well and put the house on the market about five days after he first met with us. We received several offers and accepted an offer the second day. All of the necessary paperwork was done well and on time, and when we called to ask questions, we received a response right away or a call back soon after we called. We passed papers six weeks after the house went on the market and were very pleased with the professional way Paul and his staff handled the process for us. We are very pleased with our experience and the service we received.
