Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Bothell, WA.Summary:
Fantastic experience! I can not express how impressesed I was with the Paul Cantu group, and with Matthew Reichlin.
Matthew always made time for us, and answered all of our questions. Matthew really listened to us, our wants and needs, and always treated us with respect.
Matthew never pressured us to make a decision, he showed us a lot of homes in a lot of different areas until we found exactly what we wanted.
He advised us on condition, and design potentials. He was supportive, helped us negotiate a great price. He was helpful and supportive through the whole process.
I will recommend him to all our friends and family.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Victory Heights, Seattle, WA.Summary:
Paul and the Cantu real estate team are personable and professional! Pauls intimate knowledge of the purchase process and negotiations was invaluable. He successfully negotiated for the coverage of my closing costs! As a first time home buyer, his patience and thorough knowledge was so appreciated. Paul's approach made all the difference in my experience. He was encouraging, humorous and a dedicated professional. Paul never pushed for a sale and always came from a perspective of finding the right house versus pushing through a fast sale.…More Less

About Paul Cantu
Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.
My name is Paul Cantu. I am the Owner and Broker of Cantu Group Real Estate. I opened my office September 1, 2003.
I began my real estate career with MacPherson's Real Estate in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle in 2000. Prior to opening up my Seattle real estate brokerage, I also had the opportunity to work with Prudential, Windermere, and RE/MAX.
My experience at each of these offices was tremendously positive. I had great success, met many wonderful real estate agents and had great Brokers at each of them. I really feel as though it was through these positive experiences that I gained the experience and knowledge that led me to open my own office.
Our Seattle real estate office is non-franchised, and family owned and operated. I feel that this gives our clients a distinct advantage. We care deeply, and work very closely with each of our clients. Our office is located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. We service Seattle and Ballard, as well as all of King and Snohomish counties.
We hope that whether you are looking to buy or sell real estate that you will grant us the opportunity to explain how we can assist you in reaching your goals.
Find out what a local, independent, cutting edge real estate office can do for you!

From then on, Jeff was very proactive in identifying potential properties to purchase, sending them to me for review, and scheduling times (based on my availability, which consisted of evenings and weekends) for us to go and view the properties I liked. This was my first home purchase and Jeff provided helpful information/suggestions about the various homes we visited. Admittedly, I am a very detail-oriented person and I take my time "pulling the trigger" on a purchase of this magnitude; Jeff and I looked at roughly 25 properties over 3 months, including 3 visits to the home I ended up purchasing - he is clearly a patient individual.
Overall I was happy with my experience and the level of service I received from Jeff Struble and the Cantu Group and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.…More Less
