I met Paul Cantu about 10 years ago over the phone, he was looking for listings and at that time I wasn't ready to sell. I told him that I would get back to him when I was ready. Paul was never pushy and always very courteous, to me, that was very impressive.
April of this year, I finally decided to sell. So I called Paul. He told me that he could sell my house in a very short amount of time. He said that he and his group had a proven method that could sell my house and just a couple weeks time. I have to admit I was very skeptical, after all, he's a salesman and we all know how salesman are. Well, Paul isn't like that, he indeed had a method and the experience, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do.
He first sent me some paperwork to sign so he could sell my house. Second, he told me to put my trust in him. That was pretty tough for me. He's a salesman and we all know how salespeople are. Reluctantly, I let them have at it. He told me that if he didn't do what he said he was going to do and I didn't like what he was doing. I could fire him. I had nothing to lose and more to gain. He sent out a photographer and took some beautiful pictures of my house, listed it and told me he would have bids in a weeks time. I thought all of this was way too good to be true. But to my surprise, everything Paul said that he would do. He did, which surprised me out of my wits. Just like Paul said, I had bids in less than a week that he submitted to me. The bids, all exceeded what I was asking for my house. Paul told me that was going to happen, and did it ever. He told me that he had a proven method that he and his group use, and they have used it for 14 years and it is honest and true. I am still in awe. I still don't trust salespeople because most of them will tell you anything you want to hear; not in Paul's case, what he says he will do. When it comes time for me to sell another house.
