If you're looking for a professional but also down to earth agent, look no further than Paul. Whether its a phone call, email or in-person contact, Paul always is an incredibly responsive agent who is looking out for right fit for his clients. He was willing to find time to visit homes on vastly different times and days of the week. He helps to serve as a guide for his clients while not making the decision for them. Showed home in 2013 in Wauconda, IL 60084.
Highly recommend Paul, he is not at all pushy and when we found some homes with problems he was not shy about telling me what he saw and why I should avoid them.
I actually have a funny story. Unbeknownst to us, the first home I saw with Paul was partially flooded on the outside but I wanted to take a look inside. To avoid wading through a deep puddle, Paul had to throw a big log into the water, jump to the log and then onto the front porch and then open up front door to the house - a slightly risky maneuver that I myself was not willing to take despite being in fairly decent shape.
