Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Lincoln, NE.
We worked with Paul over the course of a year to find our home. He was extremely patient with us as well as willing to help us in any way. He really went out of his way many times to make sure we were extremely pleased. I am so glad we went with him to find us our home, and am so pleased to be able to recommend him to anyone who are looking for a top of the line realtor. Whenever we are looking to upgrade down the road; we will definitely be calling him up. Thanks so much Paul!

Sold a home in 2013.
It was a pleasure working with Paul selling my house. I had a renter and he was so gracious and accommodating working with her to show the house. Paul has a very helpful and kind approach and made the deal happen. I will recommend him to everyone I know that want to sell or buy a house. Paul is just the BEST!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Colonial Hills, Lincoln, NE.
Paul has been very knowledgeable and helpful in our process of finding a nice home. He has the 'patience of Job', and the perfect demeaner for a realtor. His level of experience is high, and he will not let you down. He would be our first choice if we ever need to buy or sell a home again.

Bought a home in 2012.
Thanks to Paul we are now living in our dream home! Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional; he made the process of buying our first home easy. Paul was always available when we needed him and responded very promptly to any questions we had. Bought a home in 2012.
Paul was a great realtor to use. He was beyond helpful throughout this whole crazy process of buying a house. This was our first time of going through this process . At tomes it was very stressful and Paul was there to lend a ear at those times. I don't think that buying a house wpuld have been as easy as it was, if Paul wasn't our realtor.

We live out of town and Paul made himself available to us all day. He did not limit the number of homes we saw and he was very helpful in our decision process. He did not pressure us to make a decision. Since we were purchasing this as our second home, at one point in time we became skeptical about our purchase. He was very patient and kept our best interest a priority. At closing there was a glitch between the insurance and with our financial institution in regards to the roof on the garage. He was able to help us arrange for repairs and work with the seller and still close just a business day from our original closing. Paul helped us 10 years ago to sell a house in Lincoln. So he has now helped us on both ends. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend Paul for either buying or selling a home. At this time we do not have any plans for doing either but if we did we wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

From the very first phone call, Paul was kind and informative about the Real Estate market. Being first time home buyers, our questions ranged from the typical to probably a little on the crazy side but Paul was always ready to offer the best advice and services available. He was great at listening to our needs and always giving us the latest, most up-to-date listings! We felt comfortable and prepared every step of the way thanks to him! Paul will go above and beyond for you as a realtor! Choosing him was the easiest part of the house purchasing process. A quick and easy decision that you definitely will not regret!

Paul was very flexible with my husband and me on meeting at his office or at listings. We live about 1 1/2 hour from the city we wanted to purchase a home. Paul would email or call us with information and updates. We appreciate his time and skill to find us a house.

My fiance and I contected Paul Malone in hopes of seeing some homes and finding our first house together. Paul sent us many homes through email and took us to all of the houses we were interested in seeing. He was always available and quick with communication. When we found the house we liked, after seeing it four times, Paul helped get the process rolling and the whole experience was smooth and easy. We purchased our first home with Paul's help and are looking forward to starting our marriage in our home. Paul was helpful even after closing and brought us a thank you gift for working together. I know he will always be there for any of our questions through our home ownership and if we ever need to relocate in Lincoln, he will be the person we call. We would recommend Paul Malone to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and want someone to work with who is dependable, caring, friendly, easy going, and very knowledgable about the process.

Paul helped us to buy our first house. We did not know anything about buying a house, but Paul was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process. He was always available when we needed him. He was always on our side and helped us to get the best deal. I would highly recommend him.
