As first time home buyers Paul was extremely informative and understanding. He made himself available to show us homes at all times and was very responsive to calls, emails and texts. We had a limited budget to work with and Paul was always respectful of that and strove to find us houses that met our criteria. When viewing houses he met the perfect balance of giving us space and time to think about things, but offering his advice and thoughts on the benefits and detractors of each property. Although we were avidly looking at new listings, in the end it was Paul's connections and local expertise that found us the perfect home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $325K in Olympia, WA.

Paul is a pro. He spent a lot of time with us as we toured homes searching for just the right one. It was our first home purchase so we had a lot of questions. But he was great. Very patient, very responsive. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
