Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Livermore, CA.

My husband and I were searching for a home to purchase in Livermore, and we did not have an agent. I found Paul on Zillow, and he e-mailed listing updates in our price range on a daily basis for several months. Paul never hounded us, or pressured us for his business. We interviewed a couple of agents who were familiar with Livermore and ultimately chose Paul. Paul has many strong suits, including writing offers. The sellers selected our offer, although multiple offers were made on the home. Paul arranged for the home inspection to occur within 24 hours. Paul has been instrumental in making our first home purchase easy and seamless. Paul is professional, knowledgable, proactive, responsive, caring, and easy to work with. Paul is well known in his community and the best agent we could have asked for.   More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Tracy, CA.

Paul was very easy to work with. He was flexible with his scheduling for showing us houses. We also wanted to put an offer on a house so he drafted it up and sent it to me for signing. We decided at that time we didn't want to make the offer and he was very understanding. He continued to show us homes until we found the right one for us. He had to help us negotiate with a very stubborn seller on taking care of the sec. 1 issues among a few other things and got it done. Also, while we were in Escrow, he made his time available for us to have contractors come by so we could gets estimates on the work we wanted to start as soon as we closed. Paul was very professional and responds very quickly no matter what time I called or messaged...even at 11 pm. I would recommend him to anyone.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $950K in Livermore, CA.

Paul has extensive knowledge of the local rural and semi-rural properties around Livermore. He was very helpful in putting together a winning offer on our home. He understands the process and the inspections necessary for this type of property (such as the septic system). He negotiated lower prices for all of them, scheduled them, and was present during all inspections to assist us to understand the process and what we needed to consider as our options. After the appraisal Paul renegotiated the price in our favor to align it with the appraisal and to get us credits for the necessary repairs.  More Less
